Richard Watkins MNAEA

Richard has been with Robsons for 26 years since the Amersham office opened in 1991, becoming an Equity Partner in 2004 to overseeing the Buckinghamshire end of the Robsons Partnership with James Page. He has personally overseen the appointment of every member of staff and knows that the team is why Robsons has always been at the forefront of property transactions in this area.


Richard has unfailing belief on the value of independent business allowing the client’s interests to never to be overshadowed by those of the corporate world.

James has spent his Estate Agency career in the Independent sector, favouring the opportunities available for autonomous development, in stark contrast to the corporate style within the industry.  


Having started his career in Gerrards Cross during 2000, James subsequently joined Robsons in 2008.  Sharing in the company ethos, attention to customer service & detail, he swiftly made his career intentions known and joined the partnership in 2013.


During his career, James has voluntarily studied and passed industry exams and is proud to be affiliated with the NAEA and Property Ombudsman.

Mark Howson

Mark Howson has been with Robsons for the past 8 years based in the Northwood office from the start of his career.


Mark initially started as a part time member of staff working weekends and progressed to become a Partner now heading the Northwood residential sales office. Marks friendly approach and consistence advice along with his experience in the Northwood market is a key part of the continued success of the Northwood sales operation. In his spare time Mark is a keen golfer and avid traveller often found exploring exciting destinations around the world.

Simon Blitz MNAEA MARLA

Simon Blitz is an Equity Partner of Robsons and Head of Office at Moor Park. Simon also takes responsibility for the operational aspects of the Lettings Accounts & Management Department assuring excellent customer service standards to an increasingly demanding market place.


Simon also Heads up our sales team at our Moor Park Office selling some of the finest homes in the South East of England. He has been pivotal in the expansion of our lettings department over the last few years, helping to build complementary business streams in a highly competitive property market. 


Simon has lived and worked locally all his life and prides himself on the service he offers to our clients. Outside of the office he has many outdoor pursuits including sailing and clay pigeon shooting.

Neil Ret

Starting his career 1986, Neil has worked in a number of companies within North West London. This has helped him to gather a wealth of experience within the industry, from residential sales, to land acquisition and new homes.

Neil Joined Robsons as an equity partner in 2007 with the opening of the Pinner office, building the business into a successful and profitable operation. Now based at Moor Park for the last 4 years with his business Partner Simon Blitz, he deals with a wealth of private and high net worth clients and selling some of the most prestigious and expensive houses in Middlesex and Hertfordshire.

Outside professional work, he is an avid sportsman and a member of Chorleywood Cricket Club and Batchworth Golf Club.

With over twenty years of local estate agency experience in and around Pinner, and having grown up and attended local schools, Dan started his career in 1997 by going straight from school to joining a major national estate agency as a Negotiator. He progressed to running his own branch before being approached to join an independent agent where he successfully operated and ran their Pinner office before choosing to join Robsons as an equity Partner.

Shirley is renowned in the Middlesex and Hertfordshire areas as an ARLA qualified Lettings Professional having extensive and a highly respected knowledge of the complexities of the Lettings Industry with a key focus on Customer Care, attention to detail and promoting high standards whilst guiding Landlords and Tenants through the lettings Journey. Having gained over 20 years experience in the Lettings working for Corporate and Independent Companies has provided for a wealth of knowledge, insight and Expertise in an evolving and growing PRS.

Michael Snooks Senior Partner, joined Robsons in 2000 and became an equity partner over 11 years ago. He supports all aspects of the business as well as heading up the Land & New Homes.

Michael lived in Northwood for 35 years until moving out to Buckinghamshire with his family.

Ian Reid started his career in Northwood in 1980 working for the actual Peter Robson at the original single Office in Batchworth Lane. Ian was part of the group of Partners who acquired Peter Robson and Company in the early 1990’s which then changed to present day trading name of Robsons. Living and working locally for all of these years Ian has built a loyal base of clients and contacts.
